A welcome reception will be held on the evening of 4 May for all delegates staying on board this extra night. Don't forget to respond to your personal invitation for this.

- 5 May: Genoa departure at 19.00
- 6 May: Arrival in Olbia at 07.15
- 6 May: Departure from Olbia at 18.00
- 7 May: Arrival in Genoa at 07.00
Please note: Arrival berth on 7 May will be Deck No. 6, Ponte Assereto – Terminal Traghetti.
San Pantaleo excursion – This excursion is part of the programme and is free of charge for all delegates who wish to participate. It takes place on the morning of 6 May, after breakfast. No separate registration is needed. Meeting at the quay 08.00 for departure to San Pantaleo.
Badge & conference material
Upon check-in you will receive your boarding card, badge, programme, delegate list, table seating and a folder with useful information. PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE BADGE AND/OR LANYARD TO YOUR OWN.
Change of delegate
Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute participant is welcome at no extra charge if he/she carries a letter of authorisation from the original participant and if the conference office has been notified of the name of the substitute participant before the conference.
